The Flatland Regional Association of Gamers (FRAG) is a non-profit organisation dedicated to fostering and supporting the gaming community in Regina by hosting the annual Flatland Fantasy Game Fair and Convention, as well as sponsoring monthly Games Days.

FRAG was formed in 2003 by a like-minded group of gamers, for gamers, and the Board of Directors work very hard to make sure that the gaming community in Regina has a voice and a regular place to play their favourite games. All types of gaming, including miniatures, boardgaming, collectable card gaming, live-action and sit-down role-playing , are represented within the Club... and most are played at our monthly  Games Day.

Membership in FRAG is only $15 per year, and comes with benefits. FRAG membership gives you a discount at all Club sponsored events: Games Day and Convention admission, discounted fundraisers, etc. Membership also provides you with 5 'FRAG' Tokens. You may use your Tokens as you wish. Give them away to your friends... they may be used as admission to one of our monthly Games Days and may also be used as $3 credit at any FRAG sponsored event... so, in effect, your membership costs you nothing but your time. Additional Tokens may be gained from participating local retailers... ask about them.

If you'd like to know more about Roleplaying Games, check out Wikipedia's entry on the subject.

Click here or on the sword for information about the Flatland Fantasy Game Fair and Convention. Volunteer forms are ready for download on the Games Day page and are also available at each FRAG Games Day.

The FRAG Board of Directors are all volunteers, and they hail from a variety of gaming backgrounds. There are  up to nine elected positions available on the Board, however, the Board also seeks representation from other members for planning, assistance and advice in running Games Days and the Convention. If you'd like to help support gaming in Regina, and you have a couple of hours a month you can donate to the cause, contact someone on the FRAG Board of Directors. We'd love to hear from you.

We also have a mailing list and discussion forums. You can also support us by buying "FRAG Swag" (T-shirts, mugs, mouse pads, and more...) at CafePress!  The prices are reasonable, and we do make a small profit on every item.
