FLATLAND FANTASY 5 Plans are well underway for our fifth
annual Convention. Major events have already been planned and we
are filling in individual events almost on a daily basis. Changes
have already been made to Schedules and Volunteer time slots over last
year, so why not give up a couple of hours and help out? Please note that there will probably NOT be a Vendor area at the Convention again this year. The Flea Market has done well in the past and allows attendees to be able to sell off old games, modules, and accessories at their own set price (the Convention does take a 15% commission). See below for details. The 2009 Flatland Fantasy Game Fair and Convention will be held at the same location as last year: The Regina
Senior Citizen's Centre If you wish to volunteer, please let us know as soon as
possible. If you have as
little as two hours over the course of the weekend, please fill out
one of our Convention
Volunteer Forms... we can't do it alone,so please
consider helping out in some way. Volunteer perks have yet to be
decided, but it is assumed that they will be close to what they were
last year, in the form of FRAG Tokens. In any case, if
you volunteer for four time slots over the weekend, your
Convention Registration Fee will be refunded. Please Note: If you are volunteering to run
an event, the event MUST be
attended in order to get this rebate. Registration forms are
now available and can be picked up at our Games
Days and will soon appear at participating stores. You may also
download a
copy of the form here. Forms may be submitted at
participating retailers (Affinity's or Tramps), at any of our Games
Days, or at the door. Note: in order to receive the 'Early Bird'
discount, forms must be submitted by March 31, 2009. Individual

Tournament:
$25 per person Note that the Dungeons & Dragons 4.0 Major Tournament is a
'Team of Four' event run over two days (both Saturday and Sunday) and
it does have
registration
limits,
so please sign up early! All other Tournaments and Gaming Events, plus all game demonstrations and the evening LARP have NO ADDITIONAL FEES! As usual, there will
