The Flatland Flea Market

FRAG will facilitate, organize, and run a Flea Market as a service to Convention attendees in order to sell unwanted games, books, modules, etc.  All people putting items in the Flea Market must also pay normal Convention admission fees.  Item submission is FREE, however FRAG will retain a 15% commission on all items sold.

Those interested in having items placed in the Flea Market should bring them to the Flea Market area:
     Friday, April 25           7:30-9:30pm
     Saturday, April 26      9:00-11:00am

Please Note: Items will not be accepted at any time outside of these hours.

All unsold items must be picked up or removed from the Flea Market area by 5:00pm on Sunday, April 27th or they shall be considered a donation to FRAG and will be distributed as prizes at upcoming Games Days.

At time of submission, each person submitting items to the Flea Market must provide a complete written (preferably typed) list of all items.  The list needs to include sellers name and phone number and the name of each item and selling price.  Each item must have a sticker or post-it affixed stating name of game owner, item name, and price (rounded to nearest whole dollar).  As an alternative, an index card containing the same information may be placed within a game box.

Money from the sale of games will ONLY be dispersed to owner (less 15% commission) at the close of the Flea Market on Sunday afternoon (between 3:00-5:00pm).  Absolutely no cash advances, loans, etc. on any already sold item will be given.

Once an item has been submitted, the selling price cannot be changed.  And, neither can they be pulled out, swapped, or in any other way removed from the Flea Market area (other than to be purchased) before Sunday at 3:00pm.

Sellers need to understand that items will be handled by Convention attendees and likely opened.  As such, FRAG will not be responsible for any missing game pieces.  It is strongly recommended that sellers bag game pieces in game boxes and place labels on each box cover stating what, if anything, is missing and/or condition of game.

Although FRAG will make every reasonable effort to provide security for games being sold in the Flea Market, FRAG makes no guarantees as to their safety.  Sellers put their games in the Flea Market at their own risk.

The Flea Market will be open to the public from 2:00-8:00pm on Saturday April 26th and 12:00noon-3:00pm on Sunday April 27th.

All items will be sold “AS IS”.  Purchasers will be strongly encouraged to speak to the owner of an item if they have any questions or concerns regarding condition.

Cash only for purchases.

Cheques, debit cards, credit cards, FRAG tokens, etc. will NOT be accepted.
