Games on the Table
Here's my current list of Games in my Collection, that I have not played, or have not played for a very long time, so long that you might as well call it a new game to me.
Over the next months, I want to get these games to the table, and either keep them, or purge them from the collection. Some of these are expansions to existing games, but the parent game is not listed.
Not bad, only 60 unplayed games in my collection!

RE: old games to play
Hi Jason:
Hey, I would be interested in playing Crude: the oil game. Played it once a long time ago with Mike B. Maybe bring it out Thursday to the german club if you're going.
James.

I plan to be there, so I'll bring it along. Time to print out some English market cards!

McMulti
Thanks for playing. It was a great to get the grail game to the table after having it sit on my shelf for a few months.
Overall I enjoyed it, and would have loved to have discovered this in the 70's when it was originally produced (1974)!
I'd like to play this again sometime; I'm guessing we could knock it off in less than two hours now.
What's next to know off of the list?

RE: games on the table
Hi:
Yep, certaintly did enjoy that game of mcmulti last night.
It truly must have been a remarkable game for it's time.
I would love to have been exposed to it when it first came out. It certaintly would have replaced many, many, many, games of risk that I played.
I'm looking forward to the reprint that is supposedly coming out but I doubt it will be anywhere as cool in terms of the components. If it does, then it will easily cost $100.
Anyway, the only other game on your list that I'm interested in playing again is New England. Bought this way back and used to enjoy this somewhat different tile laying game. Maybe I will develop my own list as well and see what I can bug you to play. I know I've been wanting to get a game of Goa in again. This was one of my favorites a few years ago but haven't played it in a relatively long time. And then there's Leonardo Da Vinci... and then there's.... and then there's still a couple of my new ones... agh, there is never enough game time!!!!!!!!!!

Re: Games on the Table
If the McMulti reprint makes it to market, it will cost a fortune. I'm happy that I have this version; especially for the bits. It reminded me of a "famous" Antiquity quote - "It's like a chit factory exploded!", except with plastic.
I haven't played New England yet, but I've read through it, and figure it's pretty easy to play. I'll bring it out next week.
I'd be interested in Goa. I haven't played it for 3+ years now either, and I did enjoy the game. I don't recall playing Leonardo, but that doesn't mean I haven't!
Make a list James, it would be great to get more of these classics out!
This list here is only the unplayed games on my shelf; I posted the other "classic" list that needs more play before, and I've actually got many of those to the table since.

I am interested in Carcassonne: The Mini Expansion, do you have a price?
I am new to the city...can you recommend a place to buy games like Carcassone and it's expansions?
I tried sending you a private message but got a 404 error.
Thanks,
David

Hey David, thanks for the interest, but I see you've got the complete message now.
There are two game stores in the city.
ComicReaders (Downtown on 11th, 1/2 block off of Scarth Stree) and the new South Albert location. And Tramps' on the Scarth Street between 11th and 12th Avenue, just around the corner from the downtown Readers.
Don't forget the monthly Games Days that FRAG runs, (see the Games Days Page on this site). The next one is a little over a week away; lots of great games played and tons of players to meet and play with.
Thanks!
