"Membership has its Privileges"

A Standard $15 membership will include:

• Three FRAG Tokens (good for entry into Games Days!)
• Discounted Registration to the Annual Flatland Gaming Convention
• Pre-registration for Convention events, prior to public registration
• Voting privileges at the FRAG Annual General Meeting
• Members Only draws at events (Games Days or other new events)

A new $25 Family membership will be added that includes:

• Three FRAG Tokens (good for entry into Games Days!)
• Membership for up to two Adults and any number of children under the age of 16 that are part of the family.
• Voting privileges for the Adults that are signed up under the membership.
• All other benefits of the standard membership.

The Members Only event draws will allow each attending Member (or family) a ticket into the event draw. At a specified time during the event, a draw will take place for the prize. You don't have to be present to win, but you have to have attended the event prior to the draw to be entered. In order to reward all the Members, you may not win a draw again until the third event that you attend after the event that you won.

To help build the Club and make our events bigger and better, all new players (a player who has not been a Member of FRAG within the past three years, nor attended an event as a new player) who come to a Games Day event will be eligible for free entry for that event. New players will be required to provide an email address and a form of ID so we can track who is truly a new player. For each new player referred by an existing FRAG Member, that Member will have another ticket for the Member Only draw.

If a referred new player becomes a FRAG Member, the Member who referred that player will receive one FRAG Token as thanks!

“Membership Has Its Responsibilities”

FRAG is a volunteer based organization. The day-to-day functioning of the club depends on the work of volunteers. Board members volunteer large amounts of time to ensure that the club functions but we need help with the running of Games Days and of course the Convention. Volunteers are needed for all sorts of things at the Convention such as games moderators and concession workers.  Games Days require volunteers not only in the concessions but also in set up and takedown.

A large need at both is in the area of concessions.  The Board has redesigned the menu to eliminate the cooking of food (especially the frying of food).  Concession now consists of selling pop and chips and dishing up one of the food specials. Please consider working a two-hour shift in the kitchen or helping in setup or takedown. We will reward volunteers with special events, prizes and free admissions.

Volunteering – not only is it lucrative, it is your duty as a member of the club.
