Site Updates PDF Print E-mail

The website has been updated to include a captcha for new user registrations.  This will prevent some of the spam accounts that were being created.  We apologize in advance for the added step, but it's a minor inconvenience compared to the administration headaches associated with the large number of fake accounts that were being created.

Also, the Terms and Conditions have been updated (previously only viewable in the forums), and acceptance is now required before you can register an account.  Please review these in the forums if you have not already.  Thanks.

Another successful convention is under wraps!  My intial estimate pegged the numbers at about 160 attendees which is what we had been planning for.

We're in the process of collecting the feedback and wirting up some summaries for an upcoming newsletter (it may not make the next issue).  Much feedback was collected, and after a brief review their were many positive comments, and some great suggestions from participants.

The Leader Post was there, and provided a good write-up in the newspaper, and available online.

If you're interesting in participating in the next convention either as a volunteer, as a moderator or on the convention committee, don't hesitate to email board at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , or post on the forums here.

Thanks to all those that attended!  Hopefully we'll see some new faces at the upcoming Games Days, and at next year's convention!
